Returns and Exchanges

The Sunward™ Solar Hot Water System may be returned up to 30 days from the original shipping date, or until the time that the Sunward™ Solar Hot Water System or any of its components are installed and/or activated. The original shipping price is non-refundable and return shipping charges will be deducted from the Sunward™ Solar Hot Water System purchase price.

Sunward™ Solar Hot Water System and/or components must be returned in their original packaging and arrive at Sunward in like-new condition.  Sunward is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping.  Sunward reserves the right to make appropriate deductions from any refund in the case that the Sunward™ Solar Hot Water System and/or its components are damaged during return shipping.

Prior to returning any Sunward™ Solar Hot Water System or component(s), a Return Authorization must be obtained by calling Sunward Customer Service at 1-888-545-6680
